General rules for using our games

You must read and understand these rules before placing a bet or starting a game. By using our casino, you confirm that you accept these rules together with the other terms that apply to your account, deposits, withdrawals, promotions and safer gambling controls.

One account per player

You may hold and use only one personal account with us. Your account must be registered in your own name and used only by you. You must not allow another person to access it, place bets from it or use your payment method through it. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for telling us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may ask you to confirm your identity, age, payment details or other account information. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts as part of our legal and operational controls. If information is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be confirmed, we may restrict account activity until the necessary checks have been completed.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

Our games may be played with real-money funds, bonus funds or a combination of balances permitted by the applicable promotion. The balance used for a particular bet or spin is determined by the account and bonus rules in force at the time. You should look at the balance shown before starting play and make sure that the stake is suitable for you.

A bonus balance is not the same as withdrawable cash. Bonus funds, any winnings connected with them and any qualifying deposits may be subject to wagering requirements, expiry conditions, restricted games, maximum stakes and other conditions. The specific terms shown with the relevant offer apply to that offer.

Bets cannot be changed after placement

A bet or spin is final once it has been placed and accepted by our system. You cannot cancel, amend, reduce or increase a bet after acceptance. This applies even if you change your mind, the game result is not what you expected or you have not yet seen the result on your device.

You should check the game, stake, selected options and available balance before confirming play. A bet that has been accepted is settled under these Betting Rules and the rules displayed in the relevant game.

Age and safer gambling

Our services are for people aged 18 or over only. You must not use our games if you are under 18 or if gambling is unlawful for you. We encourage you to set deposit limits, use time-outs and take a break whenever gambling stops being enjoyable or controlled.

You can use the safer gambling tools available in your account, including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Help is also available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. If you think gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, seek support before continuing to play.

How bets and spins are settled

Each game has its own instructions, features, winning combinations, stake options and settlement process. Before you play, read the information shown in the game, including the paytable, game rules and any notices about bonus features or special rounds.

The game server result is final

The result recorded and shown by the game server is final for settlement purposes. This applies whether the result is a win, loss, draw, feature outcome, interrupted round or another result defined by the game. The display on your device may be delayed or may not refresh correctly, but the server record remains the basis for settling the bet.

If the result is not immediately visible, do not place another bet to try to repeat the round. Wait for the game to reconnect or check the game history and account balance. A duplicate action on your device does not cancel the original accepted bet.

Game rules and paytables apply

The in-game rules and paytable apply to each game. They explain how symbols, cards, reels, features, multipliers, bonus rounds and other outcomes are treated. If a particular game rule differs from a general description on this page, the specific rule displayed in that game applies to the relevant play.

The return-to-player figure is shown in each game. This figure is a long-term statistical indication and is not a promise of a particular return from one session, bet, spin or player. Short-term results can be higher or lower, and previous outcomes do not change the probability of future outcomes.

Settlement records

We settle accepted bets using the recorded game result and the applicable game rules. The resulting balance, transaction history or game history may take a short time to update. Where a round has been completed by the server, it remains settled even if the display on your device is delayed.

Where a game includes several stages, such as a feature or bonus round, the complete round may need to finish before the final amount is added to your balance. You should not close the game or place another bet to affect a round that is still being processed.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

A malfunction includes a technical error, software fault, communication failure, incorrect display, processing problem or other system issue that affects a game, bet, result, balance or settlement. A malfunction may occur on our systems, in the game software, on your device or in the connection between them.

If a malfunction affects a game, all pays and play affected by that malfunction are void. This means that an amount displayed because of a malfunction is not an amount we are required to pay, and a result created by a malfunction does not become valid merely because it appeared on screen.

We may pause a game, remove access to a game, correct a balance or adjust a transaction when a malfunction has affected play. We may also cancel an affected round and return the relevant stake where the available records show that this is the appropriate correction.

Disconnections and reconnection

If you lose connection during a game, the round may resume when you reconnect or may settle automatically using the game server record. Closing the browser, leaving the game, losing signal or switching devices does not cancel an accepted bet.

After reconnecting, allow the game and account history time to update before taking further action. If the round is not visible or the balance does not appear correct after reconnection, keep the relevant details and contact us with the game, time and round information.

Rules for bonus play

Bonus funds can be used only in the way allowed by the bonus terms attached to them. Those terms may set out the qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, expiry period, minimum stake, maximum stake, eligible games, maximum win, withdrawal conditions and any other limits. The terms shown with the bonus take priority for that bonus.

Maximum bet conditions

A maximum bet may apply while bonus funds or related winnings are active. The maximum can include the stake placed directly, the total stake in a feature, an increased stake during a bonus round or another amount described in the bonus terms. You must not try to avoid a maximum bet by splitting play, changing games or using several features.

If you exceed an applicable maximum bet, we may remove the bonus, cancel bonus-related winnings or apply another remedy allowed by the relevant bonus terms. We will consider the account and play records when determining whether a condition has been breached.

Game contributions and bonus balances

Not every game contributes in the same way towards a wagering requirement. The bonus terms identify the games that qualify and the contribution made by each game or game type. A game may contribute fully, partly or not at all, even where bonus funds can be used to play it.

Wagering progress is calculated from qualifying play under the relevant terms. Reversing a bet, using a prohibited strategy, exploiting a fault or attempting to manipulate a promotion may mean that the play does not qualify and may lead to the bonus being removed.

You should read the bonus terms before opting in or using a bonus. If you do not want a bonus, follow the available account instructions or contact support before using the funds. Bonus conditions may not be changed by placing a bet after the bonus has been accepted.

Live casino and table games

Live casino and table games are governed by the instructions displayed in the relevant table. These instructions explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, betting periods, dealing procedure, settlement method, side bets, features and any table-specific restrictions.

Dealer decisions and game outcomes

Dealer decisions made in accordance with the rules of the table determine how the hand, spin, roll or other live event proceeds. The recorded game outcome and the table rules determine settlement. A disagreement with a dealer decision does not make an accepted bet void.

Where a table uses a card, wheel, ball, dice or another live-game result, the outcome recorded for that round is used to settle bets. The stream or image on your device may be delayed or interrupted, but a delay does not change the recorded outcome.

Late bets and betting periods

Bets must be placed during the betting period shown at the table. A bet is accepted only when the system confirms it before betting closes. A late bet is not valid if it is received after the betting period, even if you clicked the bet button before the table displayed that betting had closed.

If a bet is not accepted, it should not be treated as part of the round. If the table connection is interrupted after acceptance, the accepted bet may still be settled using the table record. The game-specific help shown at the table explains how interrupted live rounds are handled.

Table limits, available betting options, dealing procedures and settlement rules can differ between live games. Always read the help information for the table you are using and check your selected stake before confirming each bet.

Disputes and questions about a round

If you believe a bet, spin, live round, balance update or game result has not been settled correctly, contact us so we can look into the account and game records. Write to support@livebetcasino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.

For a faster response, include the following information in your message:

  • The name of the game or live table.
  • The date and approximate time of the play.
  • The round, bet or transaction reference shown in your account, where available.
  • The stake, balance or result that appears to be incorrect.
  • A clear description of what happened, including any disconnection or error message.

Please do not send your password or full payment details. We may ask for information needed to identify the account and the relevant round. We will use the records available from the game server, account history, table system and related transaction systems when looking into the matter.

What happens when you contact us

We may ask you to wait while the relevant records are checked, particularly where a live table or game supplier must provide a round record. During this time, do not place further bets to recreate the disputed play, as new play will be treated as separate activity.

If our records show that the game server result and settlement were correct, the bet remains final under these rules. If a technical issue or processing error is identified, we will take the corrective action allowed by the applicable game rules and account terms. These Betting Rules do not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.
